If your item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
We will offer a replacement or full refund at our discretion after reviewing the evidence.
Please note that slight variations in color, size, and finish are natural characteristics of handmade products and are not considered defects. These variations are what make each piece unique and special.
Custom and personalized orders cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged. Please double-check all custom details (names, colors, specifications) before placing your order.

Approved refunds are processed within 5โ7 business days. UPI refunds are instant; COD refunds will be processed via bank transfer.
