Since each item is lovingly handmade to order, preparation times vary by product. You'll find the specific preparation time listed on each product page (typically 3–10 business days).
Custom and personalized orders may take additional time. We'll keep you updated via WhatsApp throughout the process.
Domestic Shipping (India): We ship across India using trusted courier partners. Standard delivery takes 5–7 business days after your order is dispatched.
Shipping Fee: ₹99 for orders under ₹799. FREE shipping on orders above ₹799!

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via email and WhatsApp. You can also reach out to us directly on WhatsApp for real-time updates.
Add our signature handmade gift wrapping (₹79) during checkout. Each gift package includes dried flowers, a personalized note card, and beautiful eco-friendly packaging.
If your package arrives damaged or if there are any delivery issues, please contact us within 48 hours with photos. We'll make it right — that's our promise.
